Clinical Development Specialist Incontinence North

Essity is looking for a new team member who shares our group's values and commitment to improving everyone's life every day through our hygiene and health products.
We are seeking a Continence Care Advisor to manage and develop the TENA product range and associated services.
Your mission will be to provide advice and information on incontinence care to clients (existing and new) with the goal of maintaining revenue/market share and introducing and developing new TENA products and concepts.
You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services and for generating interest in (new) TENA products among our clients and prospects.
What You Will Do- Support other sales roles in the selection of potential new customers;
- Plan, implement and evaluate tests and present results to customers (i.e. TENA Solutions approach);
- Develop sales and secure profitability at existing customers;
- Assess and agree education/training needs of new and existing customers, develop training packages and provide education/training to customers regarding products, processes and continence care standards;
- Perform regular checks of possible upgrading/TENA solutions for existing customers;
- Maintain data in sales systems (CRM);
- Collect and provide market and competitor information;
- Cooperate with relevant counterparts of distribution partners (e.g. providing training, supporting customer acquisitions).
- Graduated as a nurse;
- Ideally, you have already worked with incontinence products;
- Sales experience is an advantage;
- Experience and affinity with the healthcare sector is a plus;
- Experience and affinity with presentations and training;
- Knowledge of public markets is an advantage.
