To support this mission, we’re looking for an experienced and committedInstallation Team Leaderto join ourMajor Projectsteam.This is not your average site coordination role — you’ll be leadingtechnically complex, high-value elevator installationsacross Belgium, working on iconic buildings like luxury hotels, high-rise towers, and infrastructure projects with unique technical and regulatory challenges.What will you do?As Installation Team Leader, you will:Lead the execution of 5–6 major installation projectssimultaneously, from preparation to final delivery.Behighly present on-site, attending construction meetings, coordinating with architects, clients, and subcontractors.Ensuredetailed preparation: reading technical plans, anticipating material needs, and ensuring everything is delivered on time.Manage your own team of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and motivation on the ground.Work closely with theProject Coordinatorto align planning, avoid delays, and manage contractual obligations.Take ownership ofadministrative follow-up: reporting, documentation, invoicing, and compliance with lift regulations and construction laws.Act as themain point of contact for the client, ensuring satisfaction, clear communication, and long-term relationship building.Collaborate with internal stakeholders: legal, sourcing, engineering, and finance.What makes this role unique?You’ll work ontechnically demanding projects(e.g., elevators with 30+ stops, special fire or accessibility regulations).You’ll be involved inearly-stage preparationof future projects, even before they’re sold.You’ll need tobalance field presence with strong administrative and planning skills.You’ll be a key player inavoiding penalties and ensuring contractual commitmentsare met.What we’re looking forBachelor’s or Master’s degreein a technical or construction-related field.Experience in site coordination or project leadership, ideally in the construction or elevator industry.Strongplanning, forecasting, and multitaskingskills.Excellentcommunication and stakeholder managementabilities.Comfortable withExceland administrative tools.Knowledge oflift standards and construction regulationsis a strong asset.Fluent inDutch and French, with a good command ofEnglish.A trueteam leaderwith a sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability.What we offerA dynamic and impactful role in aglobal companythat values innovation and employee development.A collaborative and open culture withopportunities for internal mobility.A competitive salary withattractive benefits: company car, meal vouchers, phone, net allowances, and more.The chance to work onlandmark projectsthat shape the urban landscape.Ready to take the lead on Belgium’s most exciting elevator projects?Apply now or reach out to learn more.Read more on
