You will initially fly out of Brussels on the B737NG. After a couple of years, we will replace the B737's for the Airbus A321neo and you will be converted to the A321neo Transavia is a Dutch airline, founded in 1965 and part of the Air France-KLM Group. It primarily focuses on flights to popular holiday destinations within Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. They have been flying from their Schiphol hub and the regional bases in Rotterdam and Eindhoven for years.With the new base in Brussels, they are taking an even stronger position in the European market.Job DescriptionAs a First Officer at Transavia, you'll work on a range of exciting and dynamic routes across Europe, with destinations including Greek islands, city breaks, and snowy airports in the far north. You'll be part of a highly professional team of over 700 pilots, where your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the safety and efficiency of flight operations under the direction of a Captain, delivering exceptional passenger service, and cooperating closely with the entire crew.Job RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: You have a valid type rating Boeing 737NG with a minimum of 500 (actual) hours on type (of which 50 hours are flown in the last 6 months);Valid EASA (frozen) ATPLValid ME/IR (A) PBNValid Class 1 Medical CertificateICAO LPE 5 (during training you will get an upgrade to LPE 6MCC certificateAdvanced UPRT Certificate (if license is issued after 20-12-2021) Salary and BenefitsKey Benefits: Between 500 and 2800 hours of experience on the B737: Starting salary of € 5.845,45 gross per month. Annually the salary increases (on average € 300,- gross p/month) excluding compensation for inflation Over 2800 hours of experience on the B737: Starting salary of € 6.558,38 gross per month. Annually the salary increases (on average € 300,- gross p/month) excluding compensation for inflationA permanent contract;Additional Pay per Block hour (20,-- euro net)holiday allowance 8%;Pension scheme, employer contribution 10%Daily allowance during lay over;Loss of licence scheme;Uniform, carparking, medical are paid by Transavia14 days off in a roster period of 35 daysYou have your schedule minimum 4 weeks a head and get every week one week published.In addition a 35-day published roster includes:Minimum days off connected are 2 days14 days off 20 + 10 hollidays off per yearResponsible and enthusiastic colleagues;A stable and socially engaged employer;Challenging and dynamic operations;Excellent supervision in your development as a pilot;Beautiful destinations within Europe;Excellent training by highly experienced instructors.
