Description: Handle incoming mail (collection and distribution), manage office access badges, and provide general administrative support to teams (HR, Finance, IT, etc.). Maintain the IT equipment inventory (laptops, monitors, phones, printers) and offer basic administrative IT support to staff. Prepare meeting rooms (equipment, fridges, supplies), coordinate catering orders (e.g. Royale Dujardin), and manage maintenance of coffee machines and water dispensers. Liaise with external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth daily office operations. Profil Organisational skills: Capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently and meeting deadlines. Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy in managing inventories, records, and office processes. Communication: Communicates clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external vendors. Proactivity: Anticipates needs, takes initiative, and addresses issues before they become problems. Previous experience in office management, administration, or a similar support function. Basic understanding of IT tools and systems is a plus. Fluency in English required; knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset. Offre A dynamic and international work environment in EU affairs.
