Voor onze klant regio Brussel zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Technical Coach - claims property. Je komt terecht bij een ervaren verzekeringsmaatschappij waar een warme en collegiale sfeer heerst en waarbij er steeds wordt ingezet op tal van leuke activiteiten zoals teambuildings maar ook op professioneel niveau. **Jouw nieuwe functie**

Als Technical Coach - claims property kom je terecht in de afdeling property waarbij je zal instaan voor het zelfstandig beheer van de schadedossiers, dit houdt in:

- Reservaties beheren en aanpassen in functie van de evolutie van het dossier.
- De nodige informatie en gegevens met betrekking tot de schade verzamelen om een beslissing te nemen.
- Beslissen over de interventie of niet van mogelijke dienstverleners en om de schade te accepteren of niet.
- Op de hoogte houden van de klanten en makelaars gedurende het proces.
- Analyseren van de schade, oplossingen aanbieden en nodige informatie verzamelen.
- Bepalen, onderhandelen en betalen van de vergoeding.

Daarnaast neem je ook nog actief deel aan het coachen en opleiden van je teamleden

**Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een masterdiploma behaald of gelijkaardig door ervaring.
- Je bent goed tweetalig Nederlands/Frans.
- Je hebt een ruime ervaring in schade.
- Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en ondernemend.
- Je kan goed luisteren en bent empathisch ingesteld.
