Génie-civil Ingénieur en génie-civil
- Profil : Contract and Claim Manager avec parfaite connaissance des contrats et plus particulièrement des contrats FIDIC
- Qualifications et expérience obligatoires:
Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine approprié tel que le génie civil des constructions ou équivalent ;
Au moins 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans la passation de marchés pour des projets de construction ou de génie civil des constructions.

Excellente connaissance de l'anglais.
- Compétences professionnelles:
Management/Leadership: Strong experience in managing major construction projects and contracts under all aspects: contractual, operational, financial, commercial, and administrative Technical & Contractual: Expertise & technical knowledge of the construction industry and types of associated contracts (FIDIC-Design&build, lump sum,cost+,etc.).

Coordination & négociation : Expert in negotiations of partnerships and coordination of project stakeholders

Vous devez démontrer que vous possédez des connaissances dans les domaines suivants:
Expertise en passation de marchés

Expertise dans la rédaction de documents relatifs à la passation de marchés (termes de référence), l'identification et la traduction des besoins de l'entreprise en exigences et spécifications, y compris les modalités pour assurer le meilleur rapport qualité-prix (indicateurs de performance, etc.)

Connaissance des marchés publics de l'UE

Très bonnes compétences en matière d'analyse et d'établissement de rapports

Souci de la qualité, sens aigu de l'éthique et capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles de manière appropriée.
