We are looking for a Senior claims administrator to join our client's team. As a construction industry insurer, you will be responsible for managing complex claims BA Construction from A to Z. Are you the person we are looking for? Feel free to read on & contact us today
**Description**
- As such, you will be primarily responsible for the complete management of BA Construction claims, including opening the file, determining liabilities based on policy conditions, legal provisions and applicable case law, appointing experts and compensating the injured party;
- You will communicate with our insureds and outside personnel such as experts and attorneys;
**Profile**
- We are looking for someone who has several years of experience in a similar position and holds a bachelor's degree in insurance or law;
- You have excellent language skills in Dutch and a basic knowledge of French;
- You are able to work autonomously, have strong communication skills and are a team player;
- You are organized, accurate and not afraid to take initiative.
