Onze klant is een internationale verzekeringsmaatschappij met focus op (middel)grote ondernemingen, die zowel nationaal als internationaal actief zijn. In België legt de verzekeringsmaatschappij zich voornamelijk toe op de takken Brand, Aansprakelijkheid, Transport,... Ter ondersteuning van het huidige team zijn wij van Hays Bank & Verzekeringen momenteel op zoek naar een **Senior Claims Handler Liability **voor de vestiging in Brussel.
**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als Senior Claims Handler Liability zal je instaan voor het volledige beheer van je eigen schadedossiers: vanaf de eerste aanmelding tot de vergoeding en afsluiting van het dossier. Zo analyseer je de feiten na de schademelding, stuur je een expert aan indien nodig, rapporteer je belangrijke schadedossiers aan de productieafdeling en directie, volg je de openstaande dossiers proactief op, en beoordeel je elk dossier op merites na de schaderegeling. Daarnaast overleg je geregeld met je collega-schadebeheerders, met als doel het schadebeheer te optimaliseren waar mogelijk. Ook voorstellen tot actualisering van polissen, zodat deze beter kunnen worden afgestemd op de activiteiten van de verzekerde, zijn welkom Als Senior Claims Handler zal je rapporteren aan de Claims Manager Liability.
**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
- Een Bachelor
- of masterdiploma
- Minimum 10 jaar relevante ervaring: beheer van complexe schadegevallen binnen Liability (industriële risico's)
- Analytisch sterk, communicatief, nauwkeurig, stressbestendig en een teamplayer
- Goede kennis van het Nederlands, Engels & Frans
