**Overview
- We now wish to recruit a Document Controller for to join the Belgian Document Control team. We are a busy team of three and due to securing new client contracts we need an experienced Document Controller to help with the workload.
**Responsibilities
**You will bring the following experience with you**
- Document control on a number of projects simultaneously (small to large scale)
- Integrating data into electronic systems
- Managing the transmittal process/collaboration process
- Generating periodic reports on project
- Project filing/document handover process
- Project filing/archiving process
- Providing general department administration support
- Awareness & understanding of applicable company procedures
- Must be willing to travel and work on various sites as the need arises
**Qualifications
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years Document Control within regulated industries, Data centers.
- Experience with document management systems (EDMS/Collaboration systems)
- Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe
- Experience in dealing with multidiscipline design teams, subcontractors and a wide client base
- Ability to understand technical concepts and work with technical departments and personnel to achieve goals
- Well organised, self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication
- Good knowledge of English, French and or Dutch are a plus
