IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Polyvalente agile coach en product owner** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.
- Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract

Functie
- Ontwikkelteams leiden en begeleiden in het realiseren van een geheel van projecten.
- Daarnaast is er ook een belangrijk coaching luik rond agiliteit ten aanzien van de andere scrum teams voorzien.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderzoeken en analyseren van vragen en wijzigingen vanuit de business.
- Je helpt de visie te verfijnen, faciliteert veranderingen en bepaalt de scope van grote en complexe ontwikkelaanvragen.
- Je helpt bij het vertalen van problemen in concrete behoeften en bij het vinden van haalbare oplossingen die, bij voorkeur, elders hun nut bewezen hebben.

Functie-eisen
- Bewezen ervaring als ontwikkelaar, functioneel analist en business analist
- Bewezen ervaring met het leiden van een team
- Bewezen ervaring als Scrum master en product owner
- Ervaring met het opzetten en faciliteren van workshops, focusgroepen en andere participatieve denkprocessen
- Ervaring met Javascript, HTML5, DevOps, LeSS, Mural, PaaS, SQL
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse/Franse taal
