En tant que Senior Talent Acquisition Partner freelance, vous êtes responsable de l’ensemble du processus de recrutement pour des profils spécialisés, notamment dans les domaines de la finance, du risk management, de l’audit et de la gestion de projets. Grâce à votre solide expertise en évaluation de talents, vous jouez un rôle stratégique dans l’identification, l’évaluation et l’acquisition de profils à haute valeur ajoutée.
**Description**
- Vous définissez la stratégie de sourcing et de recrutement en collaboration avec les équipes métier.
- Vous identifiez, approchez et engagez les meilleurs talents via des canaux variés.
- Vous utilisez des outils d’assessment certifiés pour appuyer les décisions de recrutement.
- Vous conseillez les hiring managers sur les profils à cibler, les tendances du marché et les stratégies d’attraction.
- Vous collaborez avec les parties prenantes RH pour assurer un processus fluide, transparent et conforme.
- Vous suivez les KPIs liés au recrutement et vous améliorez en continu les méthodes et outils utilisés.
**Profile**
- Vous justifiez d’au moins 15 ans d’expérience en Talent Acquisition, notamment sur des profils spécialisés.
- Vous possédez une expérience concrète dans les secteurs de la finance, du risk management, de l’audit et/ou de la gestion de projets.
- Vous êtes certifié en assessment et vous maîtrisez les outils et techniques d’évaluation avancée.
- Vous êtes bilingue français / néerlandais, avec un bon niveau d’anglais professionnel.
- Vous travaillez de manière autonome tout en assurant une collaboration efficace avec les équipes internes.
