**Your challenge**:
As a Knowledge Manager, you are responsible for knowledge management across our organization, including defining guidelines and methodology and controlling the distribution, implementation, and storage of corporate knowledge.
You are responsible for:
- Taking a hands-on lead in implementing our Sharepoint document management system, including helping to define a company-wide approach.
- Collaborating with ICT teams to leverage technology (e.g., AI and co-pilot) for better knowledge capture, retrieval, and dissemination.
- Working to ensure top quality security for data governance and protection.
- Building a knowledge-driven culture and increasing data literacy.
- Encouraging the use of common data language and AI.
- Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and performance.
- Staying up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in knowledge management, continuously refining knowledge management strategies and approaches
- Building and coaching a starting team of knowledge (management) experts.
**Your profile**:
We are looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of prior experience in knowledge management (including strategy and process definitions) in a consulting and/or product development environment.
- Strong analytical skills to solve problems.
- The ability to think through technical solutions.
- Extensive experience in using Sharepoint, MS Teams, and AI.
- Experience working in complex, multi-cultural, and international environments.
- A detail-oriented and hands-on approach.
- Proven project management experience.
- The ability to capture functional requirements and translate them into a functional design that defines processes, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- The ability to work effectively in and with multiple teams. You connect the executive vision with the operational execution.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working in an international environment.
