**Role purpose**

To manage and securely control the Colt warehouse and Colt Set Down Area’s (SDA’s) both physically and through remote management to ensure timely delivery of Colt equipment to field operations. To ensure the timely return of surplus and decommissioned equipment to stock. To operationally manage 3PL suppliers and ensure Colt ERP systems are synchronised with any 3PL warehouse management system.

**Key accountabilities**
- Physical Warehouse inbound and outbound activities using Colt ERP systems
- Safe and secure operations within the Diegem Warehouse
- Supervise and direct remote SDA operators to maintain accurate records
- Ensure accurate stock control and Set Down Area audits in countries BENELUX and Nordics both locally and remotely
- Part chasing escalation (to Field Operations and Repair vendors)
- Resolve shortages and damages in delivery/transfers
- Modify/provide additional parts details required by Logistics Services 3rd party
- Provide support to Service Delivery/third party contractors for new kits installations preparation work
- Ensure timely escalation of Fibre receipts/consumption sheets if required
- Leading Change Management (working instructions, policies and any changes occurring to SCM and Logistics Services 3rd party databases)
- Logistics Services 3rd party Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders raising
- Logistics Services 3rd party invoices reconciliation
- Weekly 3rd party warehouse management system (Select) to SAP stock level comparison and discrepancies resolution
- IT / B2B message failure monitoring
- Efficient dismantling of returned equipment and Investment recovery co-ordination and management
- Consumables Management. Replenishment requests to inventory planning, stand-alone issuing and transactions (some sites).
- Parts identification (inbound and outbound to Logistics Services 3rd party)
- Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders creation for miscellaneous items e.g. packaging, local maintenance etc.
- Consumable reconciliation / Replenishment and re-order requests
- Domestic and International transport management to support warehouse distribution in countries BENELUX and Nordics
- Prime liaison with local operational teams for local equipment delivery and query resolution

**Other accountabilities (optional)**
- Do frequent on demand or ad-hoc site visits in Amsterdam and Luxembourg (at times) to ensure Logistics quality standards and potential goods returns are maintained, hence willingness to travel is presumed.

**Role specific requirements**

**Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in a supply chain warehousing facility
- Ability to work in a manual handling environment (goods up to 20 kg, in line with Health and Safety guidelines)
- Computer literate in the Microsoft suite of software.
- Proven experience working with an ERP system e.g. SAP, Oracle, SelectU
- Ability to lead and supervise others
