Nous produisons plus de 25 bières spéciales de haute fermentation mixte et spontanée. Tout cela dans un château de bière imposant, centre de réunion pour les visiteurs et les professionnels. **Qu'allez-vous « brasser » ?** Vous êtes responsable des régions Wallonie, Bruxelles & Luxembourg dans le domaine du commerce de détail et l’Horeca. Vous managez l'équipe commerciale On-Trade et vous la coachez dans leur poste. Vous êtes responsable des négociations avec les clients (magasin d'alcool), vous êtes responsable des relations commerciales et vous faites le suivi nécessaire pour garantir les résultats. **Le profil (de goût)**: - Passionné par les bières spéciales - Indépendant, orienté client, assertive et convaincant - Pas de 9 à 5 mentalité - La connaissance du monde de la brasserie est un must - Min. 10 ans d’expérience en ventes - La connaissance du PC et MsOffice est indispensable - Expérience à diriger une équipe - Bachelor/Master ou assimilé par l'expérience **Qu'est-ce qu'on vous sert ?** Vous vous retrouverez dans une entreprise familiale dynamique, entreprenante et ambitieuse avec des lignes de décisions informelles et courtes.
