**Position**:
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and hiring top talent to fuel the growth of the foundation while facilitating a strong employee experience in his/her designated groups. The role reports directly to the HR Director.
Key responsibilities
- Together with the Talent Manager, develop a talent acquisition strategy, looking at the competencies needed to achieve overall ECF strategic developmental objectives
- Provide guidance & support to the hiring managers in the recruitment process
- Deploy and manage the recruitment module of Cezanne HR, our internal HR Application Tracking System (ATS)
- Lead the work on reviewing the full recruitment process and practices to ensure maximum efficiency and implement necessary changes
- Lead policy and procedure design
- Develop diversified talent sourcing and inclusive recruitments practices with all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process
- Participate in other HR projects as applicable, together with the team
**Requirements**:
**ECF Competencies**
- Strong trust building and diplomatic skills that enable effective collaboration with a diverse group of internal and external partners
- Excellent collaboration and influencing skills
- Achieving efficient, timely, quality results by directing efforts on expected outcomes
**Experience and competencies**
- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment in an international environment Genuine interest in climate change challenges and ECF mission
- Effective with technology and feel rapidly comfortable working with new software
- Fast learner with a can-do attitude
- Impeccable work ethics
- Outstanding communication skills and fluent in English, French and/or Dutch are a plus
- Autonomous and able to work towards tight deadlines and changing priorities
