Onze klant, een toonaangevende speler in generieke geneesmiddelen, zoekt een gedreven **Sales Manager**om een dynamisch team van hybride vertegenwoordigers (bij huisartsen en apothekers) te leiden.
**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:
**Regiomanagement (50%)**
- Je behaalt verkoop
- en prestatiedoelen binnen afgesproken budgetten en termijnen.
- Je implementeert het Regionaal of Sector Management Plan om de sales targets te realiseren.
- Je bouwt sterke en duurzame relaties op met artsen, specialisten en Key Opinion Leaders.
- Je ontwikkelt en voert klantgerichte programma’s uit binnen sales en marketing.Je blijft je expertise in competitieve verkoop aanscherpen en benut marktinzichten optimaal.
**Teamcoaching & ondersteuning (50%)**
- Je motiveert en coacht het team naar succes en stimuleert een cultuur van hoge prestaties.
- Je helpt je teamleden hun netwerk en marktpositie te versterken.
- Je faciliteert de implementatie van nieuwe initiatieven en projecten en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen.Je fungeert als digitale ambassadeur door innovaties actief te delen en te stimuleren.
**Wat wij zoeken**:
Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig niveau
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
Diepgaande kennis van de farmaceutische sector en de ziekenhuiswereld (organisatie, netwerken, uitdagingen)
Ervaring in de apotheek
- en huisartsomgeving
Uitstekende coaching
- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden
Ondernemerschap en teamgeest
