**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist users with VPN connectivity and ensure secure remote access.
- Maintain and manage Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Respond to help desk tickets promptly, documenting all interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to support IT infrastructure projects.
- Perform routine maintenance on desktop systems and peripherals to ensure reliability.
- Educate users on best practices for using technology effectively.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a technical support role or help desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with IT infrastructure management is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Proficiency in diagnosing hardware issues and performing necessary repairs or replacements.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified) are desirable but not mandatory.
