**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- A+ Certification or equivalent experience.
**Base Skill Set**:
- Good working knowledge of Active Directory.
- Experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment, up to executive management level.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including VIP support.
- Experience supporting large Windows-based environments with emphasis on Win 7 OS, Office 2010, Win 8, and O365.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Support experience for video conferencing units.
- Support of mobile devices.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop systems, printers, and operating problems.
- Consult and instruct users on hardware and software questions/issues.
- Collaborate with other IT Services teams for end-user break/fix and support functions.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade equipment and associated infrastructure.
- Run diagnostic tests to isolate system problems and perform proactive activities.
- Provide support for operating systems such as Windows and OS-X.
- Support MS Office on both Windows and Mac platforms.
- Experience with Remote Support technologies (e.g., Remote Desktop, Apple Remote Desktop, VNC).
- Hands-on experience removing viruses and spyware using various tools (Windows).
- Identify, research, and resolve technical problems, including forming Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution within SLA windows.
**Base Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in a hybrid Windows and MAC environment.
- Experience in working with a helpdesk operation, including Windows and Mac clients.
- Self-starter with the ability to collaborate actively in a cross-functional team.
- Proven attention to detail and high standards for quality.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and technical skills with agility to re-prioritize as necessary.
- Skilled in documenting written troubleshooting steps and instructions.
- Business professional attire.
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
**Salary**: €30.00 per hour

Ability to Relocate:
- 1000 Brussels: Relocate before starting work (required)
