**Functie**:
Als **Junior Legal Counsel** speel je een sleutelrol binnen het legal departement, waar je nauw samenwerkt met diverse stakeholders en bijdraagt aan de dagelijkse juridische activiteiten. Je biedt juridisch advies op maat, beheert contracten en ondersteunt interne stakeholders bij uiteenlopende juridische uitdagingen.
- **Contractbeheer** : Beheren, nakijken, onderhandelen en opstellen van aankoop
- en klantencontracten, inclusief PPP’s en joint ventures, in nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe klanten.
- **Juridisch** **advies** : Informeren, adviseren en bieden van juridische ondersteuning aan interne diensten door wijzigingen in wet
- en regelgeving op te volgen.
- **Kennisdeling** : Organiseren en verzorgen van juridische opleidingen voor interne stakeholders.
- **Opvolgen** **publicaties** : Beheren van juridische publicaties en raadplegen van relevante juridische bronnen zoals het Belgisch Staatsblad.
**Profiel**:
- Master in Rechten met een eerste ervaring in zakenrecht, verbintenissenrecht of ondernemingsrecht
- Kennis van verzekeringsrecht of overheidsopdrachten? Dat is mooi meegenomen
- Je bent tweetalig (NL / FR) zowel mondeling als schriftelijk en MS Office kent voor jou geen geheimen
- Gedreven en klantgericht met een sterke commerciële en communicatieve flair
- Flexibel met een hands-on mentaliteit om oplossingen te vinden
- Teamspeler die moeiteloos samenwerkt binnen een multidisciplinaire omgeving
