At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.
In this role you will:
- Understand business needs from multiple stakeholders and challenge their ideas and perspectives.
- Ensure various customer perspectives are considered.
- Propose solutions by clearly defining the behaviour of the system.
- Map the requirements of the client to the capabilities of the system.
- Work closely with product owner, scrum master and development team.
- Facilitate dialogue and ensure that the development team has sufficient detail to implement the solution.
- Support product owner with decision-making.
- Interaction with system owner and users.
- Produce technical documentation and provide presentations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor Degree in IT or related field with 17 years of professional experience in IT or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience with information systems matters.
- At least 3 years of experience with a large organisation administrative business processes.
- At least 3 years of experience withanalysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
- Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
- Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile).
- Any certificate related to Business analysis will be considered advantage
- Fluent in English at least at a level B2 and French at a level B2 will be considered an advantage.
