**De functie inhoud**:
Als customer service medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor volgend takenpakket:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct opvolgen en registreren van** inkomende klantorders** en (klanten) **promoties**.
- Beheren van de** logistieke flow**en opvolgen van **stockbeheer**.
- Dagelijks sta je in **contact**met klanten en logistieke partners.
- Ook sta je in voor het opvolgen van de **debiteuren rekeningen**, **stockcontrole** en **facturatie**.
- Hierbij werk je nauw samen met je collega's van de logistieke dienst, planning en financiële afdeling.

Ben jij de customer service representative die wij zoeken?
- Je beschikt over een **bachelor
- of masteropleiding**. Of je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring binnen een **customer service afdeling**.
- Ben jij communicatief, organisatorisch sterk & **commercieel**? Yes
- Naast Nederlands spreek je ook een goed woordje **Engels & Frans.**:
- Teamplayer, probleemoplossend en **stressbestendig**zijn de woorden die jou het beste typeren.
- Ervaring met** SAP**? Dat is een plus maar geen must.
- Je bent woonachtig regio Wielsbeke.
