**How you will contribute**

You will:

- Define requirements for analysis in a given business area and perform detailed analysis and identify trends defined in the requirements
- Identify patterns and help the business react to changing business conditions
- Perform root-cause analysis and interpret data
- Work with large amounts of data such as facts, figures, and mathematics/formulas and undertake analytical activities and delivers analysis outputs in accordance with customer needs and conforming to established standards
- Understand and be involved with aspects of the data science process

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL,R, Python, SAS software, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Google AdWords, statistical software
- Moderate knowledge in math and statistical skills, strong business acumen, moderate computer science/coding skills
- Develop key performance indicators and create visualizations of the data
- Utilize business intelligence and analytics tool

**Purpose**

The mission of the BI department is to assure Business Analytics and drive Actionable Insights.

The Jr Business Analyst ensures accurate and timely Sales Reporting and KPI tracking for all our Categories and Customers.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, maintain and optimize reports in partnership with the Business to unlock actionable insights

Lead projects: from brainstorm till dashboard

Data governance
- Accountable for providing timely & accurate the Management Business Monitor reports as well as the KPI tracking to drive Business Growth..
- Make sure that information is correct, unique, accessible and known by all BNL Sales, Marketing & Finance teams
- Work closely together with different teams iot support adoption of reporting Tools & Dashboards.
- Managing multiple priorities and being able to manage deadlines and deliverables

**Functional/ Technical Skills**

Expert level in MS Excel (macro programming experience is required), Power BI

Knowledge of SQL Server and Nielsen.

**Education / Certifications**:
Master's degree in a relevant domain (economics, data management,...)

**Job specific requirements**:
Fluent in English and Dutch/French is a plus
