Your mission:
- You'll be the recipient of all essential details from our Account Manager colleagues. Armed with this information, you'll be primed to dazzle our clients.
- Taking the helm on the client's site, your responsibility will be to establish and tailor their workspace to perfection.
- As a Customer Coach, you'll lead the client through the startup phase. This encompasses everything from the foundational elements (such as setting up employees, planning, contracts, etc.).
- You'll swiftly evolve into a product specialist, mastering our tools inside and out. Clients will come to rely on you as the go-to person for answering their questions, and you'll do so with infectious enthusiasm and unwavering conviction.
Who are you?- Are you passionate about helping others and thrive on personal connections?
- Do you have at least one year of experience in payroll?
- Fluency in French and Dutch, with English as an asset, is highly valued.
- Coaching and supporting clients is a key aspect of this role.
