De wereld van de levensverzekeringen is constant in beweging. We zijn op zoek naar een manager voor het team Business Insurance. Je begeleidt je team om de gewenste resultaten qua levensverzekeringen 1e en 2e pijler voor zelfstandigen te behalen. Zo ondersteun je de groeistrategie van Belfius in verzekeringen.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het goed functioneren van het Service Center Business Insurance en het realiseren van de ambities op vlak van dienstverlening en klantentevredenheid binnen de Life & Health strategie.
Je belangrijkste taak is aansturen van het Service Center in functie van de noden van de klant en het opvolgen van transversale initiatieven binnen de afdeling Life & Health, inclusief statusrapporteringen aan de stakeholders.
Je stimuleert verbeterinitiatieven en denkt creatief na over processen en procedures om zo de dienstverlening verder te optimaliseren. Je begeleidt diverse projecten en analyses samen met de business analisten en product managers (o.a. wettelijke wijzigingen, compliance, ).
Je onderhoudt contacten met de klanten en de commerciële diensten en zal samen met hen de nodige stappen ondernemen om de commerciële doelstellingen te behalen.
Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Service Center Life & Health. Jouw team 1e en 2de pijler voor zelfstandigen bestaat uit twee teamleaders die op hun buurt elk ongeveer 10 beheerders aansturen.

- Een masterdiploma en een eerste ervaring als manager.
- Vlotte communicatievaardigheden.
- De wil om samen te werken aan de best mogelijke klantenbeleving.
- Resultaatgerichtheid die graag dagelijks de klantenstrategie mee ondersteunt.
- Een kritische en analytische geest.
- Een goede tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans).

Je scoort extra met:

- Een goede kennis van verzekeringen voor zelfstandigen.
