Our commercial department is at the forefront of this transformation, and we're excited to introduce TaDa, our Digital QR Code Coupon tool for bars in Belgium. TaDa is set to revolutionize how bars engage with their customers, and we are now seeking a dedicated intern to support our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement and CRM Strategy:
- Create engaging content to share with our customers.-
- Assist in the development and execution of CRM strategies.-
- Analyze customer data to identify insights and opportunities for engagement and retention.- Customer Experience and Market Insights:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and conduct market insights to continuously enhance TaDa.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements based on customer input and market trends.-
- Collaborate closely with field team to gather feedback on Tada’s performance.- Marketing Materials and Strategy:
- Collaborate with brand teams to design and create marketing materials to promote our product and promotions.-
- Develop digital assets customers can use to promote TaDa in their venue.**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in business, (digital) marketing, or any related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools.
- An interest in digital marketing and the beverage industry.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
