Diegem - Customer Service Representative

**Over de organisatie**
Onze klant is een **internationaal bedrijf uit Diegem**en een bekende speler in de **medische sector.** Je werkt in een** stabiel team** van 7 personen met een **goede werksfeer**. Bovendien kom je terecht in een **moderne werkomgeving** waar je 40 uren per week werkt en recht hebt op **12 adv-dagen** op jaarbasis. Tenslotte kan je na een uitgebreide opleiding ook kiezen om **3 dagen van thuis te werken**.

**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als **customer service representative** sta je in contact met klanten uit de medische sector (zoals ziekenhuizen, distributeurs,) en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de orderopvolging van bestellingen en samples via SAP en Salesforce. Je hebt ook regelmatig telefonisch contact met klanten ivm product technische vragen, prijzen, stockbeheer of klachten die voorkomen tijdens het orderproces. Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met het team en andere afdelingen om een vlotte en efficiënte dienstverlening te garanderen.

**Jouw profiel**
Voor deze job als **customer service representative** is Hays op zoek naar kandidaten:

- Die vlot communiceren in het **Nederlands en Frans**. Daarnaast heb je ook een **goede kennis Engels**
- Bij voorkeur beschik je over een eerste relevante werkervaring binnen **customer service a-z, orderverwerking of klantendienst.**
- Bovendien ben je **communicatief**en** administratief**sterk waardoor je alles nauwkeurig opvolgt en jezelf goed kan organiseren.
- Je bent **klantgericht**waardoor je meedenkt met de klant en hebt graag **telefonische contacten.**
- Je bent **collegiaal** en kan goed **samenwerken** met de andere collega’s.
- Kennis van** SAP en/of Salesforce**is een groot pluspunt

**De arbeidsvoorwaarden**
Vanaf de start ontvang je naast een **vast contract**ook een aantrekkelijk loon dat overeenkomt met jouw ervaring. Dit wordt aangevuld met extralegale voordelen:
