For our client, active in the banking sector we are looking for a Commercial Support. You ensure that the independent asset managers or IAMs receive a professional service. This means that you are responsible for following up on back-office services and supporting these clients administratively. In addition, you will ensure compliance with legal requirements in order to contribute to the proper execution of the management of client portfolios.**
Description**
- Executing & following up the administrative processing around opening of bank accounts, RAF, E-banking, bank cards, entering conditions on accounts in order to process all customer data in a clear, correct and transparent manner.
- Providing the portfolio overviews to the IAMs.
- Receiving customers, both by phone and in the office, in order to carry out the requested transactions and to strive for optimal customer satisfaction.
- Providing reports to the independent asset managers.
- Implementing and monitoring internal procedures in order to minimize the bank's risk in case of suspicious funds.
**Profile**
- You have a Bachelor's degree in an economic field.
- You have a first experience in the financial sector
- You have an analytical mind
- You have a commercial spirit
- You have a very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
- You have a good knowledge of financial markets, systems, processes and policies.
