In het kader van de **preventieve antiwitwaswetgeving (AWW) **zijn wij als gecertificeerd accountant, gecertificeerd belastingadviseur en bedrijfsrevisor onderworpen aan een klantenacceptatiebeleid. Concreet wil dit zeggen dat wij verschillende wettelijke formaliteiten dienen te vervullen, zoals de identificatie van onze klanten, de verificatie van de verkregen identificatiestukken, het opstellen van een individueel risicoprofiel voor elke klant en het opstellen van een opdrachtbrief waarin de dienstverlening aan onze klanten is opgenomen en welke erelonen wij hiervoor aanrekenen.

**Wat doet een AML Compliance Support bij Grant Thornton?
- Je werkt nauw samen met de AML Compliance Manager. Samen treden jullie op als **'aanspreekpunt **' **inzake AWW. De client service professionals en andere collega's weten dat ze ten allen tijde bij jullie terecht kunnen met vragen inzake de te volgen AWW-procedures. Complexe vragen kunnen in samenspraak behandeld worden.
- Je beheert **het volledig AWW-proces **voor de klanten van de medewerkers via het AWW-platform in Admin Consult.
- Je slaagt alle klantenidentificatiestukken op volgens de regels van de kunst.
- Je werkt in ondersteuning voor onze **diverse service lines (Audit, Accountany, Tax & Legal en Advisory) **. Vaak werken onze klanten ook in een **internationale context **, wat de job uitdagend, maar zeker ook interessant maakt In deze context zul je dan ook contact hebben met collega's uit het uitgebreide internationale Grant Thornton netwerk.
- Als trusted advisor van vele cliënten voeren wij kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel. Je zal een belangrijke rol spelen in de kwaliteitsbewaking binnen ons kantoor. Je assisteert bij de voorbereiding van aangekondigde kwaliteitstoetsingen of thematische AWW-controles opgelegd door de toezichthoudende organen (CTR/ITAA).
- Je hebt van bij de start **persoonlijk contact **met de medewerkers. Zo bouwen jullie in no time een vertrouwensband op.
- Je krijgt **snel verantwoordelijkheden **. Uitbreiding van je verantwoordelijkheden nemen toe in het tempo van je eigen vooruitgang.

**Profil**:
Al doende leer je het meest. Dat geldt ook voor onze AML Compliance Support. Toch zijn er enkele vereisten en een aantal basic skills die je het best al in huis hebt:

- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma management assistant of gelijkwaardig.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur al een **eerste ervaring **.
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en trekt je in het **Nederlands, Frans en Engels **prima uit de slag.
- Je gaat georganiseerd en gestructureerd te werk.
- Je bent nauwkeuring en accuraat.
- Je bent **flexibel **om je te verplaatsen naar onze verschillende kantoren.
- Je toont **initiatief **, neemt zonder verpinken je **verantwoordelijkheid **en werkt **planmatig **.
- Basiskennis van de Anti-witwaswetgeving (in de context van een revisoren
- en/of accountancy/fiscaal kantoor of andere gereguleerde sectoren) is een pluspunt.
- Ervaring met **d **ata-analyse **of zin om je erin te verdiepen is een pluspunt.
