**Taken**:
In deze dynamische functie vervul je** zowel operationele als strategische HR-taken**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de **volledige rekruteringscyclus** van bedienden, van intake tot onboarding.
- Je schrijft wervende **vacatureteksten**en weet via de juiste kanalen het juiste talent te vinden.
- Je voert diepgaande gesprekken, coacht hiring managers en zorgt voor een **positieve kandidaatervaring**.
- Je bouwt **talentpools**uit en onderhoudt contacten met potentiële kandidaten.
- Je bent een **vertrouwenspersoon**én **sparringpartner** voor het **management**bij vraagstukken rond instroom, doorstroom, verzuim en duurzame inzetbaarheid.
- Je vertaalt **HR-beleid naar de praktijk**, begeleidt **organisatieveranderingen**en draagt bij aan de** optimalisatie van HR-processen.**:

- Je analyseert HR-data en zet inzichten om in **concrete verbetertrajecten**.

**Profiel**:
**_Must haves_**:

- Hoger diploma of gelijkwaardig door een **ervaring** in rekrutering of HR.
- Je voelt je thuis in een **bedrijfsomgeving** en hebt een scherp oog voor de noden van zowel kandidaten als interne stakeholders.
- Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend **Nederlands**, en hebt een **goede kennis van het Frans**.
- Je bent communicatief, discreet en werkt nauwkeurig.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit, werkt proactief en denkt oplossingsgericht.

- Je hebt ervaring als **HR Business Partner.**:

- Je werkte eerder in een **groeibedrijf**of internationale context.
- Je bent vertrouwd met** HR-data-analyse** en employer branding.
