Our client within the European Institutions is currently looking for a Business Analyst to work on the analysis and documentation of business requirements.
**Languages needed**:
Functional Analysis
**Tasks**:
- Analysis of Business requirements.
- Documentation of Business requirements.
- Business model analysis.
- Business process analysis.
- Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
- Interaction with other business analysts, business owners, customers, and project managers.
**Requirements**:
- B2 level of English minimum. Any knowledge of French is an asset.
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in functional analysis; experience in the domain of the labour market is a plus.
- Structured methodology to draft and review business requirements, with extensive experience in ensuring the alignment of deliverables with the initial business requirements.
- Extensive experience in release management, planning, daily follow-up, quality control, and support of the Project Manager.
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in IT development.
- Good communication skills (oral and written presentations and reports). Ability to communicate with business representatives as well as IT development teams.
- Rapid self-starting capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
- Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
- Strong capacity to give high-level presentations.
- Excellent critical thinker, using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings; excellent communicator.
