**Your role**:
We are hiring a Senior Customer Care Specialist to join our headquarter in Zaventem, Belgium.

Further responsibilities:

- Key and first point of contact for the customer, offering a prompt, polite and positive approach
- Identifies and drives process simplification and improvement, as well as owning the process
- Be the customer advocate within the organization and partner with other groups e.g. Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Service, Credit.
- Order management - receive, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders.
- Ensure timely product shipments.
- Close coordination with regional logistics teams and warehouses.
- Detect discrepancies, identifying root cause corrective action.
- Redirect inquiries as needed. Ensure customers receive final resolution
- Support new systems implementation and develop to be a key user.

**Profile**: Your profile:

- Diploma or Degree in related field
- Relevant work experience within international customer service
- Well developed interpersonal skills; excellent attention to detail & strong follow up skills
- Able to exercise sound judgment while handling time sensitive tasks
- Self-starter with flexibility to meet & manage challenging priorities and deadlines
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts
- Understanding of inventory management processes
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- SAP Order Processing knowledge (or other Tier 1 ERP Systems)
- Fluent in English and Italian
