**Promotional Merchandising Project Manager**:

As part of the D-Side Group the “D-Side Corporate & Promotional Merchandising” division has become an important player in the world of advertising objects & promotional apparel.
Our specialty is the research of creative & attractive items to support the events, launches, created by our clients or colleagues. Our department has grown continuously since its creation in 2002. We operate in the EU, the Middle and Far East with customers throughout Europe in the automotive and medical industry.

To support our growth, we are urgently looking for a Production Manager, with an interest in sustainability, willing to work in the motivating and young atmosphere of a booming company.

He or she will be responsible for:
Production support:

- Contact with suppliers/manufacturers (enquiries - quotes - day-to-day contact and follow up)
- Search for new articles according to customer’s briefing
- Manage productions under the supervision of the department manager
- Contact with customers from in
- and outside Europe (new proposals, place orders, proactive reporting, statistics, )
- Sales support to establish a competitive offer to our customers
- Quality control
- Assistance to 2 senior Account Managers and reporting to the department manager

Administrative support:

- Running project management (planning, contact sheets, )
- Control of supplier order forms, proofs and invoices
- Customer invoicing and follow up
- Responsible for updating the website

Profile
- Bachelor’s or Masters’ degree in Marketing, Communication or Business management or a min of 2-3 years’ experience in project management and/or purchasing, logistic & storage
- Bilingual in FR/EN (knowledge in NL is a plus)
- Experience/interest in e-marketing/e-communication/social networks/trends, etc
- A keen interest in product media (promotional and communication items)
- Interest in the luxury/automobile sector, health with a sustainable approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting Tools
- Flexible and customer-focused

- Solution-driven - can-do attitude and willingness to tackle different tasks
- Pro-active - show initiative, flair and creativity
