The Innovation Center coordinators’ mission is to support the organization of the innovation center and the technical advisor organisation, in close collaboration with the Technical Support management. Technical Advisor are bakers, pastry chefs and chocolatiers at Puratos that play a crucial role in supporting customers by demonstrating the quality and advantages of Puratos products.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Coordinate in constant collaboration with the group technical advisor manager the planning of the different workspaces in the innovation center (IC bakery, IC patisserie Chef Corner, IBCC, IPCC, ICCC)
- Coordinate the organisation of the innovation center:

- Opex: Monthly check of the spent of the Innovation Center & catering budget and bring to attention of TA management.
- Coordinate on the technical interventions for the equipment (with the equipment suppliers, puratos maintenance,) in the IC in collaboration with the Technical Advisors and check that the jobs are finalized before approving the invoices.
- Support Technical Advisors & TA management with the food safety program & traceability for all finished goods for the Club House
- Support Technical Advisors Travel by getting full data on the request, having planned interdependently with the TA management and guide the TA with his visa, flight demand,
- Coordinate the Technical Advisor Management team activities: Set up of the CTS Days, TAM meetings, Digital Get togethers of the TA managers, CTS steerco organisation.
- Coordinate the CAPEX administration + order of new equipment in relation to the capex investments of HQ innovation center.

**Who are we looking for?**
- You have a Bachelor in Management Assistance or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- You are fluent in Dutch or French, with good knowledge of the other language and English.
- Computer skills and ability to use professional tools (Microsoft software, SAP, )
- Proven planning and organization skills with good attention to detail
- Interdependent team player: respect others, helpful, open minded, modest and integer, work in close collaboration with TA management
- Stress resilient: able to handle a very dynamic work environment where priorities in planning change a lot and needs rework constantly.
- Strong communicator, able to connect easily with people
- Good organisational skills
