**Functie**:
We staan niet stil bij ZEB We zijn op zoek naar een **Assistant** **Shopmanager (M/V).**

Als Assistant Shopmanager ondersteun je jouw Shop Manager in het beheer van het filiaal. Jullie vormen als het ware een tandem in het organiseren van de winkel. Je zorgt mee voor het opstellen van de uurroosters in functie van de klant
- en goederenstroom en je behoudt mee de focus op het behalen van de targets. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten altijd centraal staan in alles wat jij en het team doen. Je doet er alles aan zodat de klant zich thuis voelt, het juiste advies krijgt en vlot wordt geholpen.

Als echte teamplayer zorg je er bovendien voor dat jullie samen een hecht en betrokken team vormen waar iedereen zich goed voelt en weet wat er verwacht wordt.

Kortom als Assistant Shopmanager bouw je mee aan de toekomst van ZEB.

**Profiel**:

- **Ervaring** - Je kan terugvallen op een mooie ervaring in de retail en bent vertrouwd met het reilen en zeilen in een winkelfiliaal.
- **Klantgericht** - Je streeft naar een optimale klantbeleving en zet de klant steeds centraal.
- **Zin voor initiatief** - Je pakt graag uitdagingen en opportuniteiten aan. Met je enthousiasme kan je ook anderen hiertoe inspireen.
- **Kritisch denken** - Je stelt dingen in vraag, gaat op zoek naar opportuniteiten en denkt mee na over de ontwikkeling van ZEB.
- **Leergierig** - Je staat open voor feedback en gaat hier ook actief mee aan de slag. Je hebt veel goesting om dingen te leren en nieuwe ervaringen op te doen.
- **Praktisch** - Je werkt in een variabel uurrooster, waarbij je ook op zaterdag, zondag en feestdagen zal werken.
