We are looking for an EU Access Solution Lead Epilepsy who is passionate, curious and motivated to join our EU Access, Pricing and External Engagement Neurology team.

For location, proximity to Brussels, Belgium; Monheim, Germany; Colombes, France or Slough, UK is preferable.

About the role

In this role, you will be in charge of operationalizing the EU market access strategy for our Epilepsy portfolio, at national and subnational level, as well as collecting areas access needs/gaps and insights to feed EU access strategy and support Payer negotiations.

Who you’ll work with

You will be working together with our country national and subnational access teams to co-create operational, but impactful solutions that can enhance broader patient access to UCB solutions and to share best practice with intent to cross fertilize knowledges and opportunities.

What you’ll do
- Co-create (together with affiliates and the global access team) compelling and tailored value propositions for payers in differing archetypes (e.g. national/sub-national level or account level)
- Foster best practices (e.g. mocks, platform) to localize the global value story to suit local needs
- Co-create local data solutions collaboratively with countries through gap analyses and evidence-generation activities e.g., clinician questionnaires, utility studies, resource use studies, costing studies, database analysis,

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
- +5 years’ experience working in Pharma market, preferably at local level, with experience in price/access/funding negotiation
- Strong understanding of European healthcare systems and payer archetypes (factors driving access in the different countries); with knowledge of the EU5 / EU Health-Ecosystem
- Excellent communication skills with individuals with different cultural, professional, and academic backgrounds, including the ability to simplify complex issues
- Team player, open, collaborative, result-driven
- Fluent in English (any other European language is of advantage)
