Het Customer Support team is verantwoordelijk voor de telefonische en elektronische ondersteuning voor al onze klanten. Je staat in voor de analyse van verschillende vragen/problemen en voor de ondersteuning bij het gebruik van de software. Daarnaast stel je diagnoses vast van technische pannes (PC en randapparatuur).
Jouw challenge?
- Je geeft opleidingen aan klanten wat betreft het gebruik van de software (op afstand, via Webinars, bij de klant, individueel of in groep).
- Je ondersteunt de installatie en configuratie van computersoftware op Windows-pc’s.
- Na de opleidingsperiode kun je afspraken beheren met betrekking tot de opstart van nieuwe klanten (inclusief voorstelling van de services en codering van de klantgegevens).
- Je werkt nauw samen met de andere teamleden en afdelingen (tarificatie, Product Management, ).
- Aan de hand van analyses en onderzoek tracht je je kennis van software uit te breiden.
- Je test de software en staat in voor de ontwikkeling van documenten en hulpmiddelen voor intern gebruik van de klanten.
- Je zorgt voor configuratie van het IT materiaal.
Naar welk talent zijn we op zoek?
- Je kan je zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans vlot uitdrukken.
- Klantgerichtheid staat op jouw lijf geschreven. Je houdt ervan om je kennis over te brengen.
- Als customer support medewerker ben je communicatief sterk. Telefonisch contact schrikt je niet af.
- Je kan vlot samenwerken in een team waarbij je alles op alles opzet om gemeenschappelijke doelen te bereiken.
- Je bent geduldig en beschikt over doorzettingsvermogen.
- Bij voorkeur heb je kennis van alle versies van Windows en Office en je bent daarnaast bereid om toegepaste software te leren.
- Ervaring binnen thuisverpleging is een troef.
