Als Customer Service Officer fungeer je als rechtstreekse schakel tussen de klanten en de operaties. Je staat in rechtstreeks contact met beide partijen en je doet er alles aan om ze op de best mogelijke manier te helpen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het afhandelen van de dagelijkse activiteiten en dossiers van A tot Z.
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot met interesse in de maritieme sector. Je hebt mínimaal een eerste relevante werkervaring.
- Je kan autonoom werken en je bent oplossingsgericht
- Je kan vlot werken met de courante MS office toepassingen zoals Excel en Word. Je beschikt over een basiskennis Engels en Frans.
- Je werkt samen met collega’s die zich onderscheiden door hun engagement en enthousiasme.
- Je kom terecht in een ambitieuze en sterk groeiende onderneming waar ruimte is om jezelf te ontwikkelen.
