Dit is jouw topjob
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van ongeveer 15 à 20 medewerkers.
- Samen met de delivery-verantwoordelijken van het departement zorg je voor een soepele organisatie, afstemming en coördinatie van de uitvoering van de projecten IS Life Lisa die aan je team worden toegewezen.
- Je organiseert het onderhoud van Life-applicaties, garandeert hun stabiliteit en zorgt ervoor dat eventuele incidenten snel en efficiënt worden afgehandeld.
- Je beheert de Lisa Portfolio resources van de afdeling IS Life en bent verantwoordelijk voor de integratie van alle resources in het team.
- Je anticipeert op en past de capaciteit van je teams aan volgens de behoeften.
- Je zorgt voor volledige afstemming met de andere IT-teams.
- Je houdt toezicht op de planning van de interne delivery van het team.
- Je draagt teamspirit hoog in het vaandel en stimuleert de ontwikkeling van je medewerkers.

Dit ben jij helemaal
- Je hebt een masterdiploma (of een gelijkwaardige ervaring) en een ruime ervaring in het beheer van resources.
- Je bent ondernemend, georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht. Je analyses zijn strikt en nauwkeurig, maar je geeft ook blijk van flexibiliteit.
- Je bent een echte teamspeler en je coacht, motiveert en ondersteunt je collega's in hun ontwikkeling.
- Ben je tweetalig? Super Beheers je ook het Engels vrij goed? Fantastisch
