- En tant que responsable d’une équipe d’environ 15 à 20 collaborateurs:

- Vous organisez, alignez et coordonnez de manière flexible l’implémentation des projets IS Life Lisa assignés à votre l’équipe avec les responsables du delivery du département.
- Vous gérer les ressources Lisa Portfolio de la division IS Life, vous êtes responsable de l’intégration de toutes les ressources présentes dans l’équipes.
- Vous anticipez, réservez et adaptez la capacité de vos équipes en fonction des besoins.
- Vous vous assurez de l'alignement complet avec les autres équipes IT.
- Vous supervisez la planification du delivery interne à l’équipe.
- Vous veillez à l’esprit d’équipe, et encouragez le développement de vos collaborateurs

Vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil ?
- Vous avez un Master (ou expérience équivalente) et une solide expérience dans la gestion de ressources.
- Vous êtes entreprenant(e), organisé(e), consciencieux/se et pensez sans cesse « résultats ». Carré dans vos analyses, vous savez aussi vous montrer flexible.
- Véritable Team Player, coacher, motiver et accompagner vos collègues dans leur développement vous anime.
- Vous êtes bilingue ? Top Vous maîtrisez l’anglais en plus ? Fantastic
