We are looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients in Brussels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work in close collaboration with the relevant experts to support and challenge them with defining the product concept, detailed processes and/or conceptual and functional architecture.
- Identify business needs.
- Define and execute business test scenarios.
- Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.
- Make and maintain sufficient (simple, understandable, easy consulting, ) documentation needed for a uniform execution, incident solving and support.
**Requirements**:
- Good working knowledge of English + fluency in French and/or Dutch.
- Availability for a hybrid work model: 50% on site & 50% homeworking.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods.
- Good expertise in MS Office.
- Good understanding of Octane (testing tool).
- Analytical mind - conceptual thinking.
- Structured approach.
- Solution oriented.
- Manage stakeholders.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Team player.
- Open to change.
- Adapted communication to all types of audience.
- Autonomous.
- A good understanding of work flow processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of Archibus is a plus.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bruxelles: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
- Dutch (preferred)
- French (preferred)
License/Certification:
- certification in Blue Prism/UI Path/automation techniques (required)
