**Profile**:
A motivated 2nd and 3rd level helpdesk colleague, proficient with support procedures and tech savvy, able to support corporate and VIP security services with a high level of quality.
Knowledge of SMT and ServiceNow (including configuration) and interest/experience in a security operating center would be a plus.
**We provide**:
Work in a small and cohesive team located in the Berlaymont with a lot of human interactions.
Possibility for onsite training in the maintenance and support of various cutting edge IT security technologies.
Work 2 days/week in Brussels and the rest of the time ok to work remotely from home in Belgium.
**Requirements**:
Less than 1 years of experience (freshly graduated students are also welcome)
Good English level
