**Functie**:
- Zet je het beleid van human resources inzake interne mobiliteit, integratie, talent management, ontwikkeling van de medewerkers, naleving van de sociale wetgeving,graag om in praktijk? Streef je naar “Operational Excellence” om aan de noden van de klanten, consumenten en medewerkers te voldoen? _
- Dan ben jij de _**_HR Business Partner_**_ die we zoeken voor onze farmaceutische klant waar Sodexo on site werkt:_
- **HR Operational support**:
- Je bent het eerste HR contactpunt on site voor alle medewerkers en doet de nodige administratie hierrond. Je volgt op dat personeelsdocumenten zoals onder andere aanvragen tijdskrediet correct worden behandeld. Je werkt nauw samen met de loonbeheerder.
- Je biedt operationele ondersteuning aan het management-team inzake HR op verschillende niveaus (beheer van conflicten, sociale wetgeving, verwittigingsbrieven, ontslagen, reorganisaties, exit interviews, syndicaal overleg, ) Je neemt ook actief deel aan management teammeetings on site.
- Je staat in voor het talent management van alle medewerkers on site. Je voert loopbaangesprekken met het personeel en volgt mee de evaluatiegesprekken op. Interne mobiliteit van de medewerkers is een prioriteit.
- **Recruitment**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle rekruteringen on site van A tot Z voor de arbeiders en bedienden. Je bepaalt de personeelsnoden in overleg met het management, schrijft wervende vacatureteksten, neemt sollicitatiegesprekken af,Je zorgt voor een vlotte opstart en de onboarding van nieuwe collega’s.
- **Safety mindset**:
- Je volgt een zero risk mindset en doet geen compromissen op het gebied van veiligheid. Of het nu gaat om jouw veiligheid, die van jouw collega’s, consumenten, klanten of een andere partij.
**Profiel**:
- Je volgde een relevante opleiding, zoals een bachelor of master in personeelszaken of HR.
- Je hebt reeds een eerste relevante ervaring als HR-generalist of HR Business partner.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, maar hebt ook een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een goede operationele kennis van de sociale wetgeving. Kennis van de verschillende paritaire comités (302, 200,121, 111, 317 ) is een troef.
- Je bent sociaal en werkt graag in team, maar kan ook zelfstandig werken.
- Je beheert vlot MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Kennis van SAP is een sterke troef.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B en bent bereid om regelmatig de verschillende sites van onze klant in België te bezoeken (Vlaanderen en Wallonië) en je neemt +/- 2 keer per maand deel aan overlegmomenten HR op de hoofdzetel van Sodexo in Brussel.
