**About Electric by D’Ieteren (EDI)**

EDI zorgt voor een revolutie van het laad-ecosysteem voor elektrische wagens door het begeleiden van de klant vanaf de aankoop van de wagen tot hem bijstaan in het dagelijkse gebruik ervan. Meer bepaald verkoopt EDI elektrische laadstations inclusief bijhorende dienstverlening hierbij (Installatie, onderhoud, energy management systemen,...). Het doel van EDI is om de nummer 1 referentie te worden in het kader van het laad-ecosysteem. EDI is een dochteronderneming van D'Ieteren Auto.

**Korte beschrijving**:
EDI is op zoek naar een rigoureuze, gedreven en zeer gemotiveerde Customer Care Expert. U zal ervoor zorgen dat de laadstations operationeel worden en blijven, en dat de klanten hun vragen correct worden beantwoord. Op deze manier zorgt u ervoor dat klanten volledig tevreden zijn. U rapporteert aan het hoofd Verkoop & Operations.

**Taken en verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Operations**:_
- Dagelijkse opvolging van klanten en tickets in ons centraal CRM systeem
- Technische analyse wanneer een klant problemen ondervindt bij het laden van zijn wagen
- Activatie van de laadstations die dagelijks worden geïnstalleerd en geactiveerd in het EDI platform
- Uitvoeren van een technische analyse van de geweigerde keuringen evenals het ondernemen van de nodige stappen om deze op te lossen
- Tijdige, nauwkeurige correcte facturatie van de geïnstalleerde laadstations**:

- Customer care**:_
- Omgaan met vragen of klachten van klanten op een A-Z-manier (incl. klantcontact)
- Zo nu en dan beschikbaar zijn buiten het reguliere werkschema om een urgent probleem op te lossen.

**Profiel**:

- Effectieve communicatie met klanten om problemen aan te pakken en oplossingen te vinden, zowel per mail als telefonisch
- Reactiviteit en flexibiliteit om problemen ter plaatse op te lossen.
- Het vermogen om operationele taken strikt en efficiënt te behandelen, met oog voor detail.
- Stressbestendigheid en vermogen om gestructureerd noodsituaties te behandelen
- Zelfstandig werken, verantwoordelijkheid en oplossingsgericht.
- Technische achtergrond in laadpalen en/of elektriciteit is een must
- Uitstekende verbale en schriftelijke kennis van het Frans of Nederlands met voldoende kennis van de andere taal en het Engels
- Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om verschillende soorten taken uit te voeren in een snel veranderende omgeving
- Gepassioneerd over het ontwikkelen van elektrische mobiliteit
