EnergyVision brengt duurzame energie-oplossingen naar de huizen en/of bedrijven van onze klanten. Zo plaatsen we zonnepanelen, laadpalen of andere technieken zonder dat de klant één euro hoeft te investeren. Dankzij onze aanpak kunnen klanten vanaf dag één besparen op hun energiefactuur. We begeleiden onze klanten jarenlang en doen er alles aan om hen centraal te stellen, samen met meer dan 200 medewerkers in Gent, Brussel, Tianjin (China) en Casablanca (Marokko).

Als onderdeel van onze groei zijn we op zoek naar een **Revenue & Collection Analyst** binnen ons **Accounts Receivable team**.

**Jouw taken**
- Je ondersteunt het volledige debiteurenbeheer voor zowel B2B- als B2C-klanten, volgt klantendossiers op en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige betaling via aanmaningen, betalingsplannen en klantcontacten (telefonisch en via mail)
- Je controleert de facturatie, verwerkt klantcontracten correct in het systeem en beantwoordt vragen als 2e lijn supportmedewerker
- Je stelt rapporteringen op, volgt deze op en ondersteunt bij compliance-verplichtingen (zoals accijnzen, heffingen, VREG en CREG)
- Je bent key user binnen AR, denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en werkt mee aan optimalisatieprojecten en efficiëntere processen
- Je onderhoudt vlotte samenwerking met interne teams en externe partners zoals incassobureaus

**Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een master in handelswetenschappen of een bachelor in een economische richting
- Boekhoudkundige ervaring is geen vereiste - analytisch inzicht wél
- Je kan goed overweg met verschillende softwaresystemen
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve skills in het Nederlands én Frans, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling
- Je gaat steeds klantgericht te werk en bent tegelijk assertief en standvastig met een zelfverzekerde houding
- Daarnaast is een proactieve en probleemoplossingsgerichte aanpak een must in deze rol
