**Description de l’entreprise**The training assistant will provide administrative and IT support to the operations (training activities) and QA.

**Description de la fonction**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
**Support activities ECCRT Virtual Campus (VC) & LMS (40%)**:

- Daily Maintenance of VC: routine user management, maintenance of open courses, creation of tailored courses/events
- Content Maintenance on platform
- Involvement in future development and user experience of the VC

**Administrative support for ECCRT services (40%)**:

- Respond to confirmation (or cancellation) communication with trainers and participants
- Maintain databases and trackers
- Coordinate logistics with training/event venues
- Organise course materials and surveys
- Agenda Management: Public Outlook Calendar, assist with course schedule
- Reply to enquiries from customers
- Web shop Maintenance
- Assist with the automation of processes

**Quality Assurance Assistance (20%)**:

- Collect and summarize data for QA meeting
- Managing Training Records
- Update databases after QA meeting

**Tools and documentation**:

- Update electronic timesheets in ExactOnline
- Prepare training documentation required for the ECCRT Quality Management System
- Filing of documents in Microsoft Teams

**Communication**:

- Participation in General, Quality and Operations meetings and other meetings as required
- Develop and maintain good professional relationships with past, current and potential clients of ECCRT
- Be the contact person for ECCRT vendors
- Problem-solving for questions or concerns related to all administrative issues

**Degree & Experience**
**Knowledge & Skills**
**DEGREE & EXPERIENCE**:

- Degree in office management or relevant experience in administrative functions for at least 1 year
- Previous experience with Learning Management Systems is an advantage (Experience with Moodle is even more advantageous)

**Description du profil**:

- Competent in and comfortable working with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Applications and other tools
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in Dutch and/or French would be a great advantage)
- Work independently to a high standard and take initiatives where needed
- Capacity to plan & organise, set priorities, and manage time
- Personal qualities: motivated, reliable and a team player
- Be efficiency driven; look for continuous improvement for all administrative and organisational matters
