Overview
ISS Governance is seeking an Analyst for its Global Proxy Distribution (“GPD”) Client Service team. Based in Brussels, you will have oversight of ISS Governance client relationships for European-based banks. You will help contribute to team goals and responsibilities while adhering to expectations and KPIs. Working closely with management and Sales, you will assist in developing existing client relationships and growing business across global markets. You will act as an expert on the ISS Governance GPD solutions and assist with pitching new business and completing RFPs. You will collect and share market feedback and trends, to inform product road maps. Working with other internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, etc.) you will provide outstanding client service and build upon our client relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as daily point of contact for clients.-
- Develop client relationships and drive business.- Communicate, monitor and maintain team goals and KPIs.- Conduct calls/on-site/virtual visits with clients (health checks, training, relationship planning and review).- Partner closely with the Sales team and Business; assist in strategy for growing existing client relationships.- Participate in presentations to prospects.- Assist with the completion of RFPs.- Communicate business needs to management and product development.- Identify upsell opportunities and provide usage and forecasting for renewal process.- Proactively communicate and educate clients on key market updates and administer support for ISS Governance’s GPD product suite.- Identify accounts at risk and create plans to ensure revenue and client retention.- Support ISS Governance’s implementation team in ensuring the correct setup is applied.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Law, Political Sciences, or any other relevant field.- Fluency in English and French. Fluency in German is considered an advantage.- Strong interest in finance, with understanding of financial markets and market players.- Client-focus and strong communication skills to exchange effectively with clients and partners.
