Pour notre client situé en plein centre de Bruxelles, nous recherchons une personne chargée du** recrutement ainsi que du parcours de formation des employés**. Notre client est le spécialiste belge en assurances et comprend 500 employés. Le service RH, quant à lui, compte 11 personnes dont trois dans l’équipe dans laquelle vous ferez partie. Leur culture d’entreprise est basée sur la confiance, le travail d’équipe et le sens de l’initiative.
Vous disposez d’une **expérience **dans le recrutement d’au moins deux ans. Vous maitrisez le français, le néerlandais et l’anglais, ceci aussi bien oralement qu’à l’écrit. Vous êtes proactif (-ve), persévérant(e) et orienté(e) résultats.
Notre client offre un **package salarial très attractif** composé de chèques repas, une assurance groupe et hospitalisation ainsi qu’une assurance soins ambulatoires. Vous bénéficiez de primes individuelles et collectives également. De plus, vous avez la possibilité de travailler de chez vous jusqu’à trois fois par semaine, et celui-ci est indemnisé.
