Customer Success Representative

HOE ZIET JE DAGINDELING ER UIT ?
- Je werkt zelfstandig.
- Je beantwoordt de telefoon in zowel het Nederlands als in het Frans. Daarnaast behandel je ook vragen per mail, dit zowel in het Nederlands, Frans als Engels.
- Je helpt klanten met hun ‘how-to’ vragen. Daarnaast identificeer en reproduceer je zelfstandig problemen en maak je hiervoor een ticket aan, dit in het Engels. Tegelijkertijd werk je mee aan de continue verbetering van de user experience door feedback van de klanten te verzamelen, je plaatst suggesties in tickets en bespreekt deze op regelmatige tijdstippen met je manager.
- Je hebt, daarnaast, een focus in het onderhoud van het bedrijf Academy als in het verzorgen van webinars en training en/of onboarding sessies aan hun klanten
- Je rapporteert steeds aan je directe manager.
WAT VERWACHTEN WE?
- Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
- Opleidingsniveau secundair onderwijs, hoger of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Een minimumervaring van 1 jaar in een soortgelijke functie
- Een goede kennis van het Microsoft office pack: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ervaring in de software
- en technologiesector is een plus
- Ervaring met andere programma’s zoals JIRA, AZURE, ORACLE, Salesforce,is een plus
- Passie, enthousiasme en leergierigheid
