Description

With more than €3 trillions of funds and ETFs assets operated in our ecosystem, we are a leading player in offering trading, custody, distribution and data services to a very broad and international network of funds distributors, global custodians and assets managers. We combine presence on the cross-border and international markets with Euroclear Bank, Fundsettle and MFEX and on domestic markets with ESES, UK and Nordic CSDs. Within very active market dynamics with a lot of opportunities driven by new technologies, ESG and new type of products, the Funds business is a key area of the Euroclear strategy as demonstrated with the recent acquisition of MFEX.

**Division**

The Group Strategy and Product Expansion division is responsible for overall management of products and services at Euroclear Group level. Its main objective is to identify gaps and opportunities to continuously improve Euroclear Group's products ranges, services offering and related financials, taking into account market and technology evolution.

You will be part of the Market expansion team responsible for the expansion of Euroclear franchise into new markets and development of new transformative solution for the investors and issuers community across all asset classes, funds, ETFs, fixed income and equities.

**Role**

Your primary responsibilities will be on development of the Funds business, in particular within the mutual funds and alternative cross border segments.

As a senior product manager you will steer the harmonisation of the offering across the Group and development of new services leveraging technologies, data and potential partnerships /M&A.

More specifically, your focus will be:

- Identify the impacts of market trends, competitive landscape and regulatory environment on Euroclear and its clients and determine the opportunities to develop new services around it
- Play an instrumental role in the integration of the MFEX and Euroclear to mutualize our assets, improve our services and achieve synergies
- Increase our range of services and reinforcing our one-stop shop offering by developing added-value services for Fund managers, distributors and other actors of the Funds industry.
- Seek for partnership opportunities to accelerate our development and reinforce our value proposition
- Integrate the benefits of digitalisation and new technologies in the evolution of our service offering

In your product management role, you will:

- Develop long-term strategic goals, lead and coordinate the implementation of new initiatives;
- Liaise with external and internal stakeholders (customers, market associations, commercial, operation) to identify services improvements and revenues growth opportunities;
- Work in close cooperation with a variety of internal stakeholders (e.g. other Product Business lines, IT, Commercial, Operation, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Banking, Risk Management ) to drive the most efficient execution of strategy, lead business case development and sponsor new services implementation
- monitor competition and market trends and ensure the attractiveness of our offering;
oversee product development and design, set pricing and optimize P&L, oversee advertising campaigns and support sales effort

**Qualifications**:
**Hard skills**
- Extensive working experience in the Financial Services sector with focus on the Funds industry
- Interests and proven experiences in projects related to digitalization of processes or new model leveraging new technologies such as DLT
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills: ability to (1) bring structure into complex problems and zoom-in from high-level picture to details (and vice-versa); (2) guide work to solve problem; and (3) draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Ability to use these skills and expertise to formulate and deliver attractive client solutions
- Capacity to evolve and adapt in a fast changing environment
- Excellent spoken and written English
