Puratos is looking for an experienced **Project Manager Construction **with a passion for building, renovating and maintaining the assets located at our headquarters near Brussels. **Key Accountabilities** - You will oversee **delivery of new projects** in a timely and budget-conscious manner at HQ in Groot-Bijgaarden, while adhering to our real estate standards including technical and sustainability aspects. - You'll **manage** new constructions and renovations of the assets by **advising, validating, supervising, and follow up** of the projects. - You advise on adequate **maintenance** of the buildings to ensure their long term value. Come join our team and ensure Puratos is operating in "good household" at our HQ **Who are we looking for?** - You have a Bachelor in Construction with minimum 8 years of experience in the field. - You are an excellent project manager and your expertise lies in managing the building and maintaining of industrial/commercial premises while ensuring cost control, budgeting, and reporting. - You possess a keen sensitivity towards the environmental aspects and sustainable development in construction. - You are a reliable individual with a drive for achievement and problem-solving. - You are a team player with excellent organizing and planning skills. - Your IT skills (eg.
